Where We Ship

Two Peaks Chai Co. currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping — on orders over $50. Delivery in 5–6 business days.
Standard Shipping — for orders under $50. Delivery in 5–6 business days. Shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
